We offer two Options to choose from:
Yoga Online and in person private coaching/mentoring is for you if you are a student/teacher who:
Is looking to develop your flexibility/mobility practice in a safe and structured way that is designed to support your goals and needs
Have a specific goal that you would like to work on e.g backbends/splits/inversions
Are looking to add structure into your practice and would like support developing a training program
Are looking for structured feedback on your practice and how to target your weaknesses
Are looking to develop your teaching skills. Areas I focus on include how to teach privates, body assessments, sequencing and transitions, lesson planning, delivering workshops and retreats.
Fitness Personal Training PRIVATE SESSION
Your session, your goals! We will help you stay motivated to lose weight, get fit and tone up and will work with you to set goals, measure your strengths and weaknesses as well as keep your training routines interesting and safe.
Your first session will also include an initial Inquiry of Questions & Goals setting.
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS INCLUDES:
A tailored fitness and exercise package
Nutritional advice to help lose weight (or gain weight if required)
A health assessment including fat and muscle measurement
Flexible training times, no contracts
A personal training plan
Moving safely through injury! We help you build confidence to move safely with your injury, working on alterations and variations to suit your body.
