Power Vinyasa

Vinyasa classes are a dynamic style of movement, seamlessly weaving together a series of poses (asanas). Vane & Rafa will bring their individual style and sequences to the class but expect to sweat, breathe, find balance, and stability, including inversions like headstands and handstands. Inversions boost circulation, strength, flexibility, and mood. Suitable for all levels, it encourages stepping out of your comfort zone! Moving with the breath helps to cultivate body awareness and mindfulness.

Ashtanga Fusion

Our Vinyasa Ashtanga classes are our very own Just Breathe’s exclusive version: inspired by the traditional Ashtanga series, but with a personal touch of Vane & Rafa. Within this class you can expect a similar opening class structure of the standing series, with modified seated sequence and modified closing sequence. It traditionally builds from one move to another and covers a a lot of yogi favourites! Some prior experience with yoga asanas is recommended to set you up, before you move to Ashtanga and step through at a slightly slower pace with room to focus, and really find your ‘grove’.

Vin Yin - Creative Vinyasa

Also referred to as Yin Yang Yoga, this yoga sequence combines the best of Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. Typically Vinyasa as the first half of the sequence and Yin Yoga as the second half. The Vinyasa practice warms the body up internally and rids your body of excess Prana, or energy. After this, your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin practice, immersing yourself into bliss. The combination of this practice will fast track your way to flexibility.

Yoga Wheel

This specialised class combines the use of a yoga wheel with traditional asanas. Designed to open up areas that are typically tight due to modern-day living – the yoga wheel expands the chest and shoulders, stretches the hip flexors and rejuvenates the spine. Practising with the yoga wheel creates a unique overall opening experience. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. This class is not suitable for beginners or students with spine injuries.
