Pranayama is the cornerstone of all practices. In our classes you will not only address your mobility, flexibility, overall strenght & cardiovascular health but also heal and nourish your nervous system, and enhance your overall emotional energy. From the adrenaline of a Animal Flow or Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga class to the balancing power of a soft VinYin Yoga practice or a mindful meditation, our classes are thoughtfully designed through a personal approach to wellbeing.

More about us…

  • Vanessa is a traveling yoga teacher, flexibility expert and world traveler with a passion for helping everyone she encounters — both in her classes and off the mat — manifest their dreams. In her life, yoga was the game-changer. She began her career as a Rhythmic Gymnast at the age of 5, living a very disciplined life and later becoming a coach in this discipline herself. 

    As a survivor of a major car crash, she spent 1,5 years rehabilitating her body & spirit and that is what led her to Yoga. She went to India to discover all aspects of Yoga, later training to become a teacher. 

    Vanessa’s classes are an combination of rhythm, fluidity, and fire. She is fiercely dedicated to intuitive and flowing movement, and she delights in the challenge to choreograph transitions that feel seamless and beautiful. 

    With more than 15 years of teaching experience, more than 700 hours of certification from a variety of schools, styles including: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin,  Aerial, Kids Yoga, Prenatal-&/Postnatal Yoga, Ayurveda, Philosophy, Pranayama & Meditation, Vanessa is passionate about sharing her knowledge through her classes and encouraging people to have fun through movement.

    Her light and energizing teaching style will leave you feeling taller, stronger, and brighter after each class. 

    In the last decade, Vanessa has spent most of her time living out of a backpack bouncing around the world spreading the magic of Yoga.

  • Embarking on a global journey in 2016, Rafa has traveled the world in pursuit of diverse flavors and healthier choices to integrate into his diet.  Acting as a guide, he joyfully shares innovative ways to enjoy these ingredients with his students, transforming culinary experiences into opportunities for well-being.

    Simultaneously fueled by a passion for holistic wellness, Rafa has cultivated expertise as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Animal Flow Instructor. With a foundation in Karate since childhood, he brings discipline and mindfulness to his fitness approach.

    Specializing in flexibility and mobility training, he crafts a complete well-being solution, intertwining sport and nutrition for transformative, lasting results.

    His true joy lies in guiding individuals toward a better version of themselves through simple habit changes, fostering meaningful shifts in their lifestyles.

I WILL ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY

Arrive before the class start time for yoga mat preparations. Latecomers will not be admitted. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) and no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your account.

I WILL KEEP MY PHONE IN FLIGHTMODE

Smart phones control our lives. Park your mobile in your bag. If you are a medic or your child is ill, please let us know in advance.

I WILL PRACTICE KINDNESS


Kindness is contagious. The more good vibes you give out, the more you get back. Smile and say hi to your neighbours! If there are yoga mats on the floor, go between the mats instead of stepping on others.

I WILL WEAR THE APPROPRIATE CLOTHING

Form-fitting exercise clothing is recommended for all classes with the exception of Sound Healing. For the Sound Healing class, please come dressed in comfortable clothing.

I WILL BE PRESENT IN CLASS

Take in every moment, be present for what arises in your practice, and discuss it with your teachers and instructors for more guidance after class.
