What To Expect

Begin with a purification of your energetic bodies with some Pranayama.

• Engage in a yoga practice designed to challenge your body and your mind as you move with breath, explore advanced flexibility and transitions and dig into your potential and strength.

• Expect a thoughtful, intelligently sequenced flow that will work towards peak poses or sequences. 

• This class is for serious students, teachers and movement professionals it’s also fun, ultimately about community and should be approached with a sense of humour.  Leave your ego at the door and be inspired by the amazing human potential around you. 

• Rest in the stillness of savasana with sacred oils, sandalwood, and myrrh.

• After savasana, we will sit together in quiet meditation.

• Tune into your inner wisdom through a guided meditation..

• If you have props like yoga blocks and a strap, please feel free to bring it to the masterclass.

Participants will leave the session rejuvenated in body, refreshed in mind, and inspired in heart. This class is open to all, regardless of gender.
